You might be able to get the CD to boot, and then the installed OS to boot, using XPostFacto
This works on:

• 7300 - 9600 series
• The clones based on those models: Umax S900 and J700, and the PowerComputing PowerWave and PowerTowerPro
  
  Any errors or problems you might have with booting, should be reported to the XPostFacto guys
